Receiving & Signing For Your Order
Your order will be shipped using a sign for courier service, we strongly recommend you sign for your item(s)as damaged if you are unable to check them at the time of delivery. As you may be unable to claim if items are found to be damaged at a later date
Returns Policy & Procedure
Contact InStyle Blinds Please state the reason for your return.
Once a return is agreed, an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number will be emailed to you along with a returns form. Please Pack the item(s) securely using the original packaging, print the returns form and enclose it in the package(s).
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received.
We cannot accept returns when the goods have been altered from their originality. Please check for any damage prior to making any alterations
Made to Measure Blinds
All Made to Measure Blinds you order are manufactured (excluding conservatory roof blinds) precisely to the measurements you provide, it is very important that your measurements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of goods by reason of the measurements, or custom requirements being provided incorrectly or goods ordered not to taste (including dislike of colour). We are unable to re-sell customised items. Due to differences in computer screens and other internet devices, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the colour sample on screen.
Packing and sending returns
The packing and cost of returning an unwanted item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend the use of an insured courier for the the return of your unwanted item(s)
Please ensure that the original packaging is used wherever possible. If the goods are damaged when returned to us it is your responsibility to claim from the company used to send the goods back to us.
Deposits
All deposits taken on made to measure blinds where our surveyor has actually carried out the survey are non refundable.
