Generally the first step is to arrange a convenient time for a home visit at which point you can have a look at an assortment of sample blinds and pattern books while we take rough measurements for pricing purposes we can then discuss in detail the best options available for your particular installation, if your in the early stages of deciding about blinds and the costs involved generally a 30 minute home visit is enough time to gain a good understanding of the product and the costings involved.
We firmly disapprove of the high pressure selling tactics involving the typical ear bashing 4 hour sales talk marathons / i need to call my manager routine “commission based salespeople”.
Unlike most of the national company’s who use “salesmen” all of our home visits are carried out by members of the business who have a solid manufacturing -surveying and installation knowledge of all the products we offer 1 of the main benefits is if you chose to order your blinds at the same visit we can survey your blinds at the same time this can speed up the installation process by 2 weeks in most cases.
Most Company’s using the “Salespeople” approach generally follow up a week or two later with a surveyor.
